The CA976515AWC4-G100 model features a 640×512 InGaAs detector with integrated 4-stage TEC, utilizing UDP data protocol interface. It supports water cooling systems, offering deep cryogenic noise reduction and high signal-to-noise ratio characteristics, suitable for applications such as:

1. In the field of semiconductor inspection, as a core imaging component of defect detection equipment, cryogenic cooling can suppress dark current noise and accurately capture minute defects;
